The recipe sounds great - will have to try them for my next dinner party.

Mine never made it to the fridge. It's a fairly small recipe.

Well, notice it is only three cups of flour so it is a fairly small recipe. I think mine was about a dozen medium siz rolls.

I am going to try this for sweet rolls. Going to put nuts, butter and brown suger in the cupcake pan and then proceed with the roll recipe.
This recipe sure sounds like a winner.

I have a refrigerator bread recipe - similar - and instead of putting in the refrigerator over night, I just go ahead and finish the bread process, loaves, bake it - turns out great. :-)

Do you have to knead this dough like you do on regular bread before putting in the fridge? Will this dough be sticky to work with?

Roll the dough out on a floured surface, rectangle size. Spread with butter, cinnamon, sugar, raisins, nuts, craisins -- whatever filling you like. Roll up from the long side - pinch edges together and cut in slices laying cut side down on the cookie sheet & bake. I cut the size of the rolls according to how "fat" the roll is. Start with 1/2" wide. Hope this helps.
