Thank goodness you listened to your "friend", she gave you some good advice !!! LOL Those quilts are awesome & it's hard to believe that they are your 1st attempts at this addictive hobby. Welcome to the board & don't be afraid to ask anything of the members, they are some of the most generous, creative & positive people you will ever come across. Keep up the good work, ( from a "partner in crime"). Congrats from a fellow Northern Ontarian.

Wonderful quilts. You did a great job on both. The red, black and white one looks somewhat challenging for your first quilt. Wow! You did good.

Thank-you everyone for your wonderful comments on my first attempts at quilting. The red-black&white one is actually a very easy pattern.
