I use Pixle of Ink. Every so often a best seller will be free for a day. I get an email every day of the books that are free or discounted.

I use Book Bub for my Nook needs - lots of free and 99 cent books.

[QUOTE=decky;6569416]If you have a kindle you can go on amazon and get free books. I get books from there and from bookblast. Bookblast sends me an email everyday with free books that I can chose from.

Hey, Decky in Minnesota - I do have a Kindle FIre. How about free audiobooks without having to join a club? I love listening to books while I sew. I have a request in at the library for two of Jennifer Chiaverini's new books (audio), "The Spymistress" and "Mrs Lincoln's Rival". Waiting list, wouldn't you know.

I will check Bookblast. Thanks for the info.

My library has two programs, one is called MelCat, I can rent paper books from any library in my State, They also have Overdrive for ebooks.
They just got something called hoopla, for digital movies and books on tape. Free! Check it out.
I suggest seeing if your library is a member of hoopla https://www.hoopladigital.com/home;j...6F1EAABD538823

I receive notifications through multiple services for free and reduced price books for my Kindle. Pixel of Ink, Inspired Reads, BookBub, Ebook Lovers, Book Gorilla.com, OneHundredFreeBooks, etc.

My library system also uses overdrive and I use it to download free audio books all the time. The only drawback is there is a 21 day time limit and I haven't figured out a way to renew. Usually isn't a problem but every now and then ....
