    My dear, you did a beautiful job. Sometimes things are worth the wait, and this was. It gave you time to do your best and find just the perfect fabric to coordinate.

    Congrats on the finish. Our first was a 20 year quilt, also started while in the military.

    Is this the longest time span for a UFO?
    Certainly the longest I have seen I think!
