I took a class from Margaret miller for her Easy Pieces book. Fun, easy peasy blocks! I just added an album showing my blocks for it and all the design possibilities for those blocks. No templates needed for these! Check out my album.

Spent the day in the Emergency room with my 89 year old cousin. Was thinking it might be her heart but after numerous tests turns out she was dehydrated with a kidney infection. It scared me because shes in such GOOD health usually...Shes become my stand in mother since my mom has been dead 20 years! Came home and finished the middle part of a baby quilt...she wanted a monkey theme for a girl..Got to put borders and pick a backing and have it quilted before the end of March but it was FUN to make....now what to start on...hummmmmmmmmmm

hello! i'm not lost, stolen or mislaid, just been nursing a bad back, etc. I have 4 blocks to do and then I'll be sending them on their way. nothing as fancy as the blocks i'm seeing on here, WOW! but you need at least one block to put on the back, right?! lol, well, now you'll have one! I have changed computers and lost my camera, but if I can do it with this laptop you'll get a pre-view. they've been fun to do! thanks for letting me play!

Sorry about your back Nancia! I know its hard to sit and sew when your back or anything else is not feeling 100%. You still have time and IM SURE your blocks will be wonderful!! Always fun to have you in a swap! Thanks everyone for the prayers and comments!

Hello Nancia! Glad to see you are still hanging around. And I know how a bad back can lay ya up. I just finished my blocks the other day and I should get them into the mail on Monday, so you aren't too far behind me.
And, the fun thing about a boom is that you get all kinds of blocks from all levels, from beginning quilters to advanced. And many of the fabrics are best suited to a plain block that shows off the fabric. I bet we will love your blocks!
Glad to see you again on here!
