Thanks for posting. These blocks are beautiful. I was given a box of ties and thought I would do dresden plate. Like this block better

I have a very large tie collection for just this quilt block. I have seen so many "neck tie" blocks I didn't like and had decided on this one exactly. I have been hesitant to start trying to anticipate any problems. Could you share the challenges of this quilt Please!
