I think it's adorable. I just finished a LARGE baby quilt. But did it in fabrics that will grow with the baby, so was worth it. Didn't really think about how large it really was when reading the instructions!

I like the balance of the blocks the way you have it right now. I've always liked an "odd" number of blocks for balance.

I would add the pink border all the way around. JMHO...

Love the quilt! Lucky baby who gets it.

Cute quilt. I would add a row on the top and width so that it is 36x42 without borders. Just my opinion as it could then be used on the floor or in crib.

If it were me I would add a row on the bottom and the side. I like a big baby quilt. I don't think it would be quite big enough for me. I have an antique baby quilt that is probably 40x48.

I decided to add another row to the bottom of the quilt. Now I like it better. It is 36 x 48.
