Going to check out the sale. Maybe he should exercise so he can lift heavier packages??? Probably not a good suggestion to make! My husband just carries them in from the box and silently hands them to me. Sometimes I get "the look".

I can certainly understand why you ordered "quite a bit". If I had any spare money and room, I would order some fabric also. Just tell your husband that you can't possibly pass up THAT great of a sale. LOL

The title of this thread made me laugh! Even the best trained " mules" can get balky now and then.

IMOP I think you only owe him a big 'Thank you'. I understand your plight. I would have done exactly the same thing. I bet you can't wait to get your hands on that package. Congratulations!!! The fun will begin when he brings it to you.

How are the shipping costs on this website? I would like to order, but I hate it when you have to put in all of your credit card info prior to getting the shipping costs.

Thanks for the heads-up on the sale! I just added a bit more to my stash. I love buying fabric on sale! And yep, I'd say that treating your DH when he gets back would be a good thing. By the way, I love your term "fabric mule".

Funny and well, what else can you do with such a great sale.

Hi Bev. The shipping costs are listed and go by the dollar amount of the purchase. Look under the FAQ.

He should be thankful that it is only 30:lb :

With the way prices are going you certainly got a great bargain. Give him a big kiss/kisses as he walks through the door

Sorry I didn't share this site earlier. This is the second order I have placed with them. They are a touch slower than some, in filling, and they have removed the 'free shipping' during the sale, but their service has been absolutely great and the quality of fabric and notions is wonderful.

Here's another little tidbit of info: Did you know that Walmart.com has 5 packs of 45 mm. Olfa blades for under $20? You can order online and pick them up at your local store. DH found that one for me. So I guess I owe him really really big!

I think I'll tell him it's all a trade off for the snowblowing I've had to do this winter. He hurt his knee last autumn and can not handle the snowblower. Our driveway is 600 ft. long and we have had more snow this winter than in the last 10 years!
