Ok, so, this is the first time I've ever made the same pattern twice!

I enjoyed the ease and speed of this pattern so much that when I realised I needed a quick quilt for 2 yo girl's birthday, this is what I came up with. It has penguins, dogs, goldfish, strawberries, pandas, monkeys and guitars, so plenty of 'I Spy' potential...

I've enjoyed seeing how everyone else is finishing their toppers too..
    cheers, Kate

Thanks, Daisy Dew! I think I'll name the quilt that. And, I do know the song.

The flimsy is done! I decides to go with a simple block border for this quilt, since it will most likely be on a bed where it doesn't show very much. I really like how it turned out but I do want to make the same pattern with the lighter sashing because it has an entirely different look than the dark sashing. Again, thank you Judy for all the time and effort I know it must have cost you. I had a great time and would love to participate in another train ride!

Love it, Emma! I'm not a huge purple fan but with all those bright colors it looks nice.
They are all turning out beautifully! I finished a baby quilt last night so now I am ready to work on this and the medallion quilt before starting the next baby quilt. That baby's not due until next month.

Love them! Solidash, I agree with Emma, it looks like your blocks are floating.
And Emma, yours is stunning! Is it 8blocks x 8?

MiMi: Until you asked I hadn't counted. It measures 100 X 100, as someone commented, a very large table topper. Thanks everyone for the positive feed back. Don't Judy's designs ROCK?

Love how that turned out! So rich looking, like stained glass. And your border just continues the look.
