That would be a great size for a diaper tote, just made 2 diaper totes and they seem rather small--to me anyway.

Didn't take too long. Probably eight or ten hours altogether. I could do the second one much faster now that I have the process all figured out. I was really dreading the inside. The bag is not lined. The inside seams are bound. But I used my clover clips to hold the binding in place and it went pretty quickly. Good luck with your bags!
