Carrie-I really like your quilt! Love the 4patch alternated with the stars-makes them look like they are twinkling!
Biblio-I have a tin with that Chair of Bowlies on it! Somewhere! . Mary englebreit I believe! Your ribbon is perfect!
Su-glad things are on the mend. Quilting can be a wonderful temporary distraction from life's challenges.
We are off to visit with the grand daughters for a week or two...look forward to all of your progress posts!

Bibliostone, I just love the airiness that the white gives to your quilt. The last border with the green is perfect.
Carrie, That last border looks paperpieced. Very nice. And I like the squares in between, they actually put more focus on the stars. Not to mention make the border go a little faster. I may steal that idea sometime.
Sustraley, What a bump! Hope things continue to improve. And congratulations on the good news.
I won't be doing any sewing for awhile. We're off to Michigan to visit family and spring chores ahead of time are keeping me busy. I'll be thinking though.

whitepine--yes the little stars were pp'd. I really like being able to get the points matching up. I used your method for my piano keys...it worked well since I was planning to add the light green border anyways.

Pam--I think it was your corners I used...

    Thanks for sharing your ideas.

I have a good start on the next border too...should have it done Monday or Tuesday. Still haven't decided on the last border yet.

Carrie, you are sewing up a storm. I sure like those corners on the piano keys and would like to change mine, but that's one thing about medallions, there's no going back.

Looking good everyone... I'm still in a state of limbo.... I really like the way mine looks right now and every new block/border I try looks like I'm just trying to make it bigger, so I may just elect to finish mine off the way it stands from last month..... not in a hurry to make my decision yet though...
Thanks everyone for posting your pictures .... visual is worth a thousand words!

Everyone's is looking so fabulous! Linda is getting settled and am sure she will post another round on her's soon. Moving is hard work for anyone....I hear that the majority believes their quilt is large enough, just wondering if you want another post next month or not. I am going to put more rounds on mine, (have all kings or cal kings around here) and if you want another post I will gladly do that, just let me know.

jaba--I can't decide what to do for my next border so would love to see another month...plus then I will have more ideas for future quilts. I will put mine aside and work on getting caught up on the 50-Stars BOW.

Here is what I added today...I decided I needed to make it a little longer so added the gold on the top/bottom. I am open to suggestions. The current size is 54"x70".
