JAGSD, hate to take the crown away from you, but I have more UFO's than you. Slowly whittling them down though. Emma - your quilt is beautiful! I guess I'll have to go read about Orca Bay quilts (never heard of them).

Everyone, please try to post your finishes in the 2014 UFO challenge section. I love to see finished projects, and I'm keeping track of how much we are accomplishing each month.

Michelle: If I ever finish anything I sure will post in the other thread, trouble is I seem to be in a starting mode not a finishing. When I saw your tally, I was amazed. Pictured all those quilts in one room, stacks and stacks. The Orca quilt is one of Bonnie Hunters, I'm not sure she is still giving away the pattern, but her site has many, many free patterns. Always enjoy doing her mysteries, just a word of warning, very small pieces. If you took a poll I bet you would find a lot of us did the Celtic Solstice as well.

Everyone is doing so well this month getting things done or nearly done. I went to retreat last month and it really gave me a "boost" with my quilting. Since getting back home, I've finished 2 UFO tops, almost finished a third (still needs borders) and finally finished sewing the binding on a fourth. I don't have photos of all of them yet, but here's a couple of them.

Whew Hew! Yesterday I finished putting the binding on my Big Snoman quilt, and today also finished putting binding on my Halloween quilt. When I figure out how to do pictures will post them. Am not sure how to do that yet, I think I need to make them smaller...

Princess: Both of them are really nice, what a contrast! Especially like the modern one, the simplicity and crispness. What a great project to really get into some fancy quilting. Jag: Really want to see your finishes. Most people that have problems posting pictures have too many pixels, I know that was my problem when I first tried to post. Congrats!

Emma and Podunk Princess: Nice quilts! I haven't accomplished much this month. I've been subbing a lot and then there are events at night. I'm hoping things slow down next week so I can get back to my sewing room!

Princess and Emma, nice work on your quilts! And Emma I can see the secondary pattern. I love your Orca. Everyone is doing so well. Just keep up the wonderful work. I find it helps me to see and hear what you are working on and what you have finished. Thanks everyone for just being here.

Nice finished tops Emma and Podunk. I'm halfway done FMQ on a Warm Wishes top that I put together using fabric from the stash--but farm, garden and lawn work are calling now that the weather has finally straightened up.

Have finished quilting two more UFO's. One is a 5 Yard quilt with horses on it and I quilted it with feathers and the other is a 5 Yard Quilt with Bugs on it, and quilted with a bug design. Will be taking them camping with us and will get the binding on then. Then will get pictures and post them.
