Podunk Princess

Well, finally..........I said I was going to do this with you all but never got started because I've been so busy trying to complete some UFO's before I began another project. I've only paper pieced once before so this was all new to me. It was so much fun that now I'm hooked and will probably set my UFO's aside (once again) to do some more of these. Here's my Connecticut.....I just picked one that looked like it wouldn't give me too much trouble for the first try. Be gentle with me.....I'm a beginner at this :-)

Yep, Podunk Princess, it's very easy to get hooked on these blocks! And your block is lovely. Hard to believe this is your first attempt. I don't think the blocks are difficult--the hardest part for me is picking colors. I love the purples you used.
