Scroll back and look at RedGarnet's avatar. Lovely pinks and lime greens.

So do I - I think I'm probably going to give it a go and see if my eye for colour is good enough to do something along those lines. First a trip to the quilt shop to see how many bright pinks they have!

Oh my.
that site is just... delicious. No other word for it.
Good thing my LQS is closed for the holiday, I'd have had to run out and buy some fabrics in those colors!!

IMHO, I would do the quilt in "LIME" and cream. Then one raspberry splash in one block. You will have a little touch of the pink, with the lime greens and creams. Good luck

I agree - the bargello will give you what you are wanting - a focal point with a statement, plus you do not need to add any girly pink colors at all. Would love to see it when you are done.

Here is one of my first quilts - also with lots of Fassett prints in pinks and magentas - I'm a big fan of orange, so a healthy dose of that as well.

Wonderful - I love this. I plan to include a bit of orange - I have some VERY zingy tangerine fabric!
