Hi, my name is Renee'
Hello everyone,
I'm new to quilting, been a knitter for several years. Two of my best friends are quilters and got me started. Before I knew it I was an owner of a Viking Designer SE and I'm sewing away. I have made one quilt from a pattern and my second quilt was my own Improv quilt. I'm practicing Free Motion and making small things (little zipper bags, hot pads, totes, etc) I find sewing to be tranquil, especially the Free Motion. I'm looking forward to meeting ladies, learning and sharing.

We have 2 things in common...Renee is my daughters middle name and her daughters name. And I also own Designer SE...well past tense...I don't embroider anymore so I am getting rid of it. It is great machine though...worked form me like a trooper for a long time.
Hope you enjoy it here...there are lots of really helpful people and they have answers for lots of questions! And we love pictures!
