    If you get a knot in shoe strings or other ties, a fork will loosen the knot! Just slide a tine under a thread in the knot and pull out.

    Thanks a bunch for this information. It is perfect timing for me as I am working on a little frock for my grand daughter and this will make that pleating so much easier and better! Thank you!

    A mall knitting needle or metal skewer even a crochet hook.
