I am naughty this year too. I didn't label my two kids presents. I have made them clues to which present to find and open. I used different wrapping paper for each child, a little labor intensive, but gonna be worth it!! Hopefully it will make present opening a little longer than 10 minutes!!!!

I send unwrapped Christmas ornaments to each DGC every year in the box of gifts so they can put it on their tree. I label it with a gold perm pen with the year, their name and love from us. They'll have a nice collection of ornaments for their 1st Christmas tree away from mom and dad.

He will get a kick out of it!
Well, it's 3 days after Christmas...is he still looking for the ornament or trying to get the money out?

My son (28) had a great time searching for it. I had to tell him if he was hot or cold! LOL

He finally found it!

I may have to try that next year with my dds and gd... could put three unique ornaments on the tree and they have to find "theirs".

What a fun but naughty idea. My sons would probably call me "evil" for doing something like that. Years ago when they were small, I got tired of the package shaking and what not so I had a bright idea. I wrapped all the packages and did not put names on them. In a spot known only to me, I wrote a color, (red, blue, green) that I assigned to each of the boys. They never knew which package was theirs and to this day they still fondly remember Mom doing that. We had a really fun Christmas that year.

What a great idea! My DIL can't try that, because they'd just open ALL the presents anyway! Young fiends is what they are. This year they found their Christmas presents TWICE before Christmas. Finally, DS and DDIL put them in DH's cousin's garage - their sons are 19 and 22.
