    Default 1-AUGUST-2014 BOM Direction's & Discussion!!

    Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the month of AUGUST & the block that I have picked out for everyone to make & add to their collection for 2014. This block is a Log Cabin version of the log cabin block. I picked it because all of my blocks are floral related choices & I have so many floral fabric's that I want to be included in my block collection. All of the wonderful blocks that have been made so far this year look to me like they will fit this pattern too. I do hope that everyone enjoys making this month's block. ENJOY & start picking fabric's & getting them sewn together.

This pattern makes a 10 & one half inch block, so I added one more row around all four sides.

I remembered that my grandparents and parents once had bags filled with salt. They are heated and then put the puns were painful place.
But the bag with rice sounds much better.
I wonder however if time does not make butterflies rice.
