Default Found in box of scraps

I found the rectangles (approx. 4x7) in a box of scrap fabric I got from my DIL. I am marking them corner to corner, sewing them and then cut them like half square triangles so I can make all this into a quilt.

Try one first, they will not form nice rectangles like what happens with squares. When you open them they will be w. onky shaped!

Can be done. You have to offset the diagonal by 1/4"

Can't be done like a HST, all you will get is a ice cream cone shape
