Here are a few that have not been mentioned. You will notice that a few have Biblical names, but are the called by other names we are familiar with.

Today I happened to pick up this book at a garage sale:
Creative American Quilting Inspired by the Bible by Suzzy Chalfant Payne and Susan Aylsworth Murwin.Copyright is 1983. There are instructions for several different quilts in the book.

I have the book "Quilted Devotions - 24 Biblical Blocks" by Lisa Cogar. I haven't made any of them yet, but it was only $7.47 from Amazon in November 2012.

There is a book out on Blocks of the Bible. You can probably Google it.

If all those suggestions fail, try asking someone at an Episcopal, Lutheran, or Catholic churches who do needlework for kneeling benches or stoles. They might have patterns or a pattern source.

Quilters Loft had a series of Bible Study blocks. You received them by email, but I think you might be able to get them from her if you ask. http://quiltersloftcompany.blogspot.com/
