I made this Remote caddy for the arm of DH's recliner. I took an extra block and quilted it for the front, quilted a whole cloth "runner" for the back that matched the recliner. I stitched two channels to hold the remote and made a small pocket in the back of the other end to put a metal bar in to keep it under the seat. It was an easy use of an orphan block.
