You did beautiful job. I don't think I've ever seen double sashing like that, especially since one of the sashings is pieced! Wonderful look and eye appeal is out of this world. Nicely done.

Yes! I would fall in love with it too..your sashing is beautiful and looks like you planned it for the blocks when they were made. I love what you have done!

Your sashing is beautiful! I really like that, and it did catch my eye, but not in a "oh, that's what she did to it" kind of way...because I didn't read what you did until after having looked at the photos. You've added value and extended the life of this quilt immeasurably. Good job.
