    Default Red and White Friendship. Nine patch
    I made this quilt for a very good friend who got me to make my first quilt and that was 10 years + now. She is the only quilter I know that doesn't have a quilt on her own bed so for her 50th birthday I made her a quilt. We don't live in the same area any more so it was a great surprise for her. A classic number. She loved it and was completely surprised. She also doesn't label her quilts so I made sure I did a nice label and cross stitched it which used to be one of her passions. It is lovely, and also challenging to make a quilt for a fellow quilter but I know it will be loved.

    Oh WOW!!! Not only is the quilt a lovely color in a vintage pattern, it is quilted beautifully and thoughtful label. Your sentiment is heart warming. Great job all around.

    Beautifully done! Ok - I'm a quilter that doesn't have a quilt on my bed either....does that mean you'll make me one just as lovely????

    Lovely quilt, I know your friend will love it. When you are a quilter it is a special blessing to have a quilt made for you.
