    Default Christmas Candlelight quilt top

The idea for this quilt top was conceived from a variety of small pieces of gold and yellow fabrics I had in my stash - many left over from other projects. With my pile of yellow fabrics, I then dived into a pile of magazines for a scrappy pattern.
I found a fall-themed pattern called "Spiced Cider" in an American Patchwork and Quilting magazine and modified the color scheme to be jewel tones. All fabric was from my stash. Overall it is scrappy but each block has continuity with the same whites for the background and yellows for the star points.

Will try to take a better photo soon.

Well, if that is from leftovers, your first overs are sensational! That is so pretty.

Gorgeous colors. Your jewel tone fabrics work really well with the border fabric.
