Default Quilting a flag quilt

I'm making a flag quilt for my husband... I would love suggestions on how to quilt it... Part of me says to stitch in the ditch for a very simple presentation, and focus on the flag... He other part of me says adding some free motion quilting would look good also... I'd appreciate your ideas!

I would do wavy lines in the red & white stripes (going in the direction of the stripes) then do something a little fancier in the stars.

I would do wavy lines also. use your walking foot and just move the quilt side to side as you go along. Very pretty quilt!!

Beautiful quilt. I can't help with the quilting though. I am the worst to figure out how to quilt my quilts.

Waves in the stripes and outline within the stars.

I would stitch in the ditch between the stripes and the maybe do some wavy lines on the red and white fabrics using matching thread. In the sawtooth, I might do another sawtooth FMQ in the center and then FMQ a curve line from inside the pieced triangles on the sawtooth star.

Beautiful quilt! I have no suggestions for the quilting. I will leave that up to those more expert than I am. But I love your quilt.
