    Default Amazed at service!

I have a program from Sands Computing that I use for my embroidery designs. It is called SewIconz. What it does is to show the actual design as an icon in the files which makes it very easy to choose when designing. Anyway, I asked the developer if it was possible to show my quilting design txt files for my computer robot (it shows other file extensions). To make a long story short, this guy worked on it over the weekend and came up with an update for the program! I was amazed! Not too often is that kind of service given! Kudos to them.

Fantastic! I have heard nice things about this company. Customer service is key to business, but this is beyond "good". The programmer actually listened to a customer. Kudos to Sands!

I recently bought their program, SewWrite, and it's also wonderful . . . and VERY affordable!

Sounds like a great program. I'll have to try it. I'm tired of having to open each design to see what it look like.
