My book arrived yesterday. I wish I had more time! I will be eagerly following everyone's progress and hope to jump in once in a while. I might add a qualification that my challenge quilts need to get pulled from my stash, because I really want to whittle it down a bit.

I need a wee bit of help. I bought my book and received it. I took it to local Office Depot to have it spiral bound a week and some days ago. They sent it out somewhere and I won't get it back for another week. Dummy me..the only thing I remember about the first challenge is "purple" and "rail fence". Can someone tell me if the challenge is to ONLY use purple or can other color be used. Also, any size specs? I have a plan and I'm headed to a retreat where I plan on working on this.
