That is BEAUTIFUL!! I had heard that he had been banned but I don't know why either. This quilt is lovely. My Great Gma would have loved it. She actually had a pair of peacocks at her farm in Craig Missouri for many any years. Beautiful to look at but man the racket they make...

This is so pretty. When we were ranching out by Valentine, Ne wild peacocks and wild turkeys would be in our yard. I don't know if any of you have see the tail spread but it is huge and beautiful.

I am at the end of the month, but my quilt block was sent off earlier today.

My quilt block has not been set yet. I cut an inch off of one of the sides when I was trimming and getting it ready for the mail. Don't ask me how I did it but I did, so I'm making a new one. The pattern is very simple. I did let my partner know. Ok back to the sewing room I go. I will not go to bed until I have it done.!!

Marilynn I have done that myself before. It's kind of heartbreaking after getting it all finished. lol... My pattern is also very simple. It was because I had very little of one color and we had not been out to get more. It's still pretty, but as basic as a person can get. I think the block will look well though in with other different blocks in a quilt.

It seems to me that this month has lasted 7 months long. Don't know why, well yes I guess I do. We have been extremely busy at work and we have switched up employees and positions which makes things trying. We are plowing our way thru it tho!!
