    Very nicely done on both of them. Don't you love it when the design wall in your head matches (or for me, even comes close!) to what the end quilt is?

    What great quilts. I was like you at one time then made a quilts of valor and did a few for kids who had parents in prison. It's a good feeling to something for somebody else.

    don't be afraid to check out thrift stores for fabric. I bought 4 yards of a beautiful batik for $4.00 , I make most quilts for charity and this way I can make even more!
