    Default Pear Quilt

I have a friend that has helped me through so much so I thought she could use a quilt. Her nickname is "Pear" (don't ask me why!!). I found the pear material at Keepsake Quilting so I bought 1/2 yard of the 2 different colorways. And her favorite color is purple. Then, searching through my machine embroidery designs I found the applique pear. I got a little carried away with the material blocks so I decided to add it to the back, eliminating having to buy double the amount of backing.
This was my first attempt to machine quilt. I guess it could have been a little worse but I'll just keep on practicing.
