Hi Barb - my husband and I worked together to make it as straight as possible. It's not perfect, but pretty close!

Yooper32 - I cannot wait to see your Grand Illusion. I love the secondary pattern that pops out when the blocks come together. Celtic Solstice was the first Bonnie Hunter quilt I tried.

Hi Fay - Thanks! I should have said I started this in July. I also completed a few projects between then and now, you know, according to what was needed done. It is a lot of small pieces to sew, so the quilt was definitely tiime consuming.

Thanks to everyone for your nice comments. BH quilts are a lot of pieces and it's a huge commitment to complete one. I am not good with color so I stayed with Bonnie's color choices, even though I tried many other combinations. Being a different color scheme than I usually choose, it gives my bedroom a completely different feel. It's nice to change things up a bit! I fell in love with the design and decided I really had to make one. Thanks again for your kind words!
