I am ready! Started gathering scraps for a new ride. Will have to go stash diving sometime this week! Thanks Judy!! Very excited to ride again!

Still loving the quilt tops coming off this train ride. So vey pretty! Love that turquoise and purple combo one! Nice!

Hope I get to see the quilt Jolo makes from her blocks! It's going to be a beauty!

Also waiting for the next ride, currently working on this one, putting on last border to finish stars, think it will take me most of today & tomorrow, guess I'm being over picky on how my points & seams match up. So back to the machine. I'll post a finish picture when it's FINISHED!

Default Blocks for Jolo

Here are my blocks for jolo. I'll mail them out Monday.
I'm working on my 3 #8's but I'd never want to miss a train ride! Just too much fun. I work on things a little each day & eventually they get finished.

Wink

Thanks for the mystery train ride, Judy. I've learned all about HST's and sewing triangles in general from your mysteries. Thanks, because I avoided them like the plague! (You really busted my chops with them!) Now I can do them somewhat decently. It's been amazing to see everyone's quilt tops turning out so differently. Way cool! So here is my latest...TA DAH!
Edited to add: I know the edge is waffle-y, so it will be interesting to have a discussion with the LA quilter about that.

Coopah, that came out great! I really like the blue you chose for sashing/border. It's even more sky blue than the sky in your photo ... which is on the bottom! (Isn't it great that for the most part, it doesn't matter which way you turn a picture of a quilt?!)

The lady, her name is Candy, that filmed this video series is a little boring, but it showed how to add the panels and I just went from there. There are several qayg videos but I found this to be the best for me. I have posted the pictures here on QB but I don't know how to find them.

Beachbound your quilt is lovely.

Coopah your quilt turned out nicely, as did everyone's.

These are my thoughts exactly.
