Batting for Place Mats
#7
I have used warm and natural & also Hobbs 80/20. Both work great and wash up no problem. I used Hobbs 80/20 on a tablecloth a couple of years ago and it has been washed and then thrown in the dryer many times and it still looks like new.

I use Stiff Stuff by Lazy Girl Designs. I've used it on 4 sets of placemats. It washes well, doesn't require a lot of quilting, stays flat, and is thin. I like that even after washing it doesn't seem to hold a crease. Perfect for me!

for my tablerunners, I use a very thin poly batt, it comes on a bolt size under the counter at JA's.
for my placemats, either warm and natural or just a lightwt. interfacing. I like it so the glasses
don't tip over.
