I also do this with my stamps and scrapbooking supplies (punchess, etc) I'm trying to get my daughter to list all the books she received at her baby shower in excel. Am I obsessed or what?
If I could only get one it would be Better Homes and Gardens Patchwork and Quilting.

Adrian, you can get an "office" program for free (includes spreadsheet). It is called Open Office and can be found here

http://www.openoffice.org/

I have used this myself and find that it does much of what MS Office does and in my opinion some of it even better. They company is trustworthy and have been around for several years. Lots of "techies" use it instead of Microsoft products. Give it a try if you are in need of it.

I called and was told the same thing. I hung up and tried again. This time I told a different gal that others were given the subscription without the code and she gave me one year for $9.97. I was more insistent this time.

Sorry I went to look in my recycling to see if I could find the ad, but couldn't locate it. Anyone else out there have the web site address?

If you call the 1-800-866-2886 customer service number and tell them you belong to a quilt group online and were told by others that they had rcvd that offer, they will give it to you if you ask,I just did that and they are billing me. Took about 30 seconds! :P Good Luck :D Gail

And on a related note, I found that I had to create an Excel spreadsheet to keep up with my quilting magazine subscriptions so I wouldn't inadvertently subscribe to the same one twice, LOL! It tracks the name, number of issues, subscription date, expire date, amount paid, etc. Hopefully, I'll keep it all straight!
Great idea!! Although I'm trying to cut back on subscriptions. I have so many quilts on my to-do list that I need to live 100+ more years to make them all. ;)
