Default Same pattern and focus fabric, 2 different looks

Saw this pattern and new it would be perfect with this focus fabric. I love its bright, happy colors. These blocks were cut at 8-1/2" square, and the sashings ended up being 2-1/2" wide. My favorite is the one with the bl/wh polkadots, but the multicolor sash used up scraps. Thanks for looking.

Really interesting comparison! One you see the many colors first, the other highlights the fabric of the blocks.
I'm with you on liking the one with the black/white polka dots best.

I like the black polka dots too. The other fabrics seem too busy with the print. Maybe it could work if you used a really dark cornerstone instead of red?

Isn't it amazing what a small change can make in quilts? Love the comparison. Thanks.

Wow! Had to look again to see you used the same primary fabric as it looks totally different. I like them both.

Very nice. I thought about using that fabric for a OBW.
