Alright! Made some progress this evening- yay! This is block 6 of 12 for my shades of green/teal quilt. It's basically my learning quilt.

Just found this thread, thanks again Raggiemom mom for organising. I have a lot to do,this weekend. Yesterday I made the borders and cornerstones for a strip quilt it's quilt as you go. So today I want to get it joined up, it's a baby quilt so should be doable. Then I have three quilts to cut the binding for and attach. Then I need to make labels for 9 quilts and attach. Know I've written it down it sounds a lot but it's not as though I have anything else to do... Did I forget I have my 3 month DGS to sleep tonight and over here it is Mothering Sunday tomorrow and I am off to DS's for lunch. Will post as I go.

Just finished a quilt for someone who "like cats, and the colour purple". I think I met the brief!

I want to finish straight line quilting a wall hanging. Today doesn't look to good with chauffeuring duties and high school dance chaperone duties but maybe while supervising homework projects I can finish it up! Somehow squeezing in quilting makes it all the sweeter!

since I finished Mystery Train #9, I will spend part of this weekend going back to Mystery #7... I have a neat little pile of blocks on my cutting table but I don't think I made it past Clue #1. Thanks for orchestrating this VQW...

I'm going to finish row 1 (sky) of my row robin quilt that some of us started the beginning of March. Then a long table runner for daughter using leftover blocks from a previous quilt. I will need to make several more blocks to add to it using more scraps. I do need to push my vacuum cleaner around a little bit too. Happy quilting.

Just found this thread & looks like fun. I'm working on a t-shirt quilt for a daughter's friend, & it's turning out to be a beast of a quilt. It will not be done this weekend! The last time I made a t-shirt quilt, I swore I would never do another. But my daughter told her friend that her mother will make her one, so here I am again. But this time I mean it -- never again! I wanted to get it done by the end of March, but I don't think I'll make it. I really need to get it finished before the girl moves half-way across the country (in May, I believe). Yikes!

I'm working on a Sunbonnet Sue I started hand quilting MANY years ago. Pulled it out of the closet and decided bad hand quilting is better than no quilting at all. It's for me anyway. Actually it is coming along well.
