Thanks for the compliments! I've pieced the top today and now need some borders...of some kind. Wanting to do something different but not sure how it will turn out. Ought to draw it out but I won't

Roma Bauder, I really really like yours. So pretty!

I guess there was a good reason why my school teachers used to put "doesn't follow directions well" on my report cards. As I am adding my borders I notice that instead of 'butterflies I have pinwheels. oh well, I love the look so I am not changing anything but it looks like my train car has jumped the track.

I would love to see your pinwheels. I had to look at some of the other quilts to see how you could have done that. I bet it is really pretty, just different.

congratulations!! what a cutie, I can see already he's going to be a lady killer. what curls! great.

On another note. I'm thinking of tying this one and donating it to redgarnet for the Juv. Diabetes Assoc.
what do you all think? should I tie it,If not, how should I quilt it?

I'm almost finished but stuck on what to use as an outer border. Pick up one of the colours of the butterflies or use a dark brown that stays with the green/ brown theme that I bordered the squares with. Decisions, decisions. I have a toothache so am quitting for the day and will pick this up tomorrow.

Oops! I don't know how to delete the second picture -- ah well, you get to see one of the beasties that inhabit this house with me.
