Thanks to everyone for the encouraging comments. The border was almost as much work as the body of the quilt. I always like to try new things and this was a challenge. The colors are actually more fuchsia than purple and brighter than the picture.

I know how much work those borders are...I put 2 seperate rounds of "entertwined" on the quilt I'm hoping to finish up the binding on tomorrow. Those types of borders are so impressive even though alot of work!

I used Pam's layout on this one, but I didn't try to make a ribbon border. I just used up some more leftovers for my borders. I really do like this pattern. Now if I could just find time ( or take time) to get some of my tops quilted.

Finished #9 except for a border, not sure if I will add a border. I made it 4X5 blocks and measures approx 48X60". The large dot fabric is flannel and will be used for the backing.

Seesh, go away for a few days and miss out on a lot. More lovely tops/quilts turned up in my absence. I really enjoy the show. Thank you all for the eye candy, inspiration and new ideas! (Haven't started #10 yet.)
