here is a strip set from Mystery #1 -- it shows sewing together 5 2-1/2" strips, but you will sew together 2 strips, a background and a C

I'm really sorry I didn't post a picture, as I also realize I didn't clarify to sew along the long edges. I apologize for assuming that you knew what I meant, Beachbound and anyone else, I usually give way more info than needed in case we have a new train rider.
