I like #2 the best. As for a name maybe Scrappy Camp or Scraps Galore.

I like the second because your eye naturally flows from one block to another, whereas with sashing each block is isolated and your eye just stops at each one. I think there is enough of the light background color to keep it from getting too busy without the sashing. I am a great admirer of all your quilts, Don, and am honored that you asked for my opinion!

I like both of the blocks, whatever works for you. Will be a nice scrappy quilt when finished.

I like #2 better. I would then call it "Islands of Repose" reflecting the white in a sea of madness.

The second picture is more intriguing to me. I would choose no sashing.

I like the first but put a cornerstone in and it will really have a different feel to it. Call it Scrap Heaven, or Scrap Galaxy...

hello my friend i love your blocks very nice Don, yes scrappy blocks for sure as i,ma big fan of the scrappy look and the 2nd picture is the one i would go with. as for name i see stars in 2nd picture how about spining blocks
