You got it. Here's the next one. I have started taking it along to bible study on Tues nites so I get more embroidery done. The next one doesn't have as much embroidery. Getting tired of embroiderying with pearl cotton on that tightly woven batik. My thumb has a bruise from trying to pull that needle thru.

Nice blocks DD! Makes me want to get back to mine, but the hand work may end up waiting until after fall when the garden is all done.

I do want to get working on the machine applique ones, all ready to be stitched, but I've been working on other projects for some time.

DD, I'm using Thread Heaven on my pearl cottons and it is helping quite a bit. It makes the thread slide easier.

Oh it slides just fine. It's punching that fat thread thru the tightly woven batik. Especially if I get it thru the applique and the backing.

Couldn't remember if I showed you #12 or not. Here is #13 also. Finished it last week but haven't started another one. Too many other things have a deadline. Looks like I'm really behind but I haven't seen a whole lot from other so I guess I'm ok. Just keep chugging along.

Beautiful blocks everyone! I'm way behind - lot's of travelling the past few weeks. I gave up taking blocks with me because I just never got to them. Now I have to get back in the habit of working on a block for at least a few minutes a day. I have one that only needs about 1.5 hours more and it will be done; maybe I can get done today or tomorrow.
