This basement is kind of a fluke of bad judgement. It was an entertainment room and tv room. Hubby and I never came to the basement to watch TV then we bought a regulation pool table and planned on knocking out a wall so it would fit. NOT, supporting wall that we could not use. So no room to really play, then pushed it against the wall and I could never get around it to clean..not good ladies trust me it's been probably 4 years that it was there. Then I got a really good deal on the long arm so had to have it. Just decided about a year ago that the pool table had to go. Finally found a guy that wanted it and he had a small one so we traded. Like I said to hubby and he told me.."At least there is a use for the basement and it is used" I truly have to pinch myself also and feel very lucky to have it. Today was so wonderful sewing in it, I followed myself around all day.

jaba -- wonderful sewing area! You will enjoy that space, I know! Just think of all the wonderful creations you will make with all that inspiration around you!

klaws -- I don't mind either way.

nhnative -- nice swap package from cuppy. Lots of great goodies!

Here are my lovely Greeny-Beany pincushion and needle case from Suzy 0879!

And she included a sweet, cross stitched rolling pin cover!

She included some tea, Worther's butterscotch drops, a nail file and a beautiful note on lovely cut out stationary.

Thank you so much, Suzy! I love and appreciate everything you sent to me. Your box is packed and goes out tomorrow.

Hugs!

Deb

Suzy0879 great biscornu pin cushion and needlecase. My d-d cross stitches; I'll have to show her your rolling pin cover - maybe she will take my hint

I like your sewing studio Jaba, really organized. I know that was a lot of work. I have my fabric folded same way.

What a great swap. The fabric looks real enough to be a plate of green beans. I love the rolling pin cover and the green bean needlecase. You got some nice goodies too.

Very cute needlebook and pincushion. Love the rolling pin cover. What a cute and different idea for food. Karen I prefer the secret swap but maybe it's cause I'm not used this kind.
