Oh Jan, to have just 1% of your talent would be a blessing, to look at fabric on a shelf and 'see' the pattern that would be perfect with that combination, <oh, sigh> :0) This quilt is another one you've shared here, that you've hit out of the ballpark my friend.

BTW I have loved every pattern I've purchased from you, breaking it down in easy to understand directions.

Thank you so much, Onalee! I've been finding that, for ME, using the larger prints in bigger scale blocks just seems to work better. Otherwise I tend to just have to cut them very very small and use them that way. (I'm not a big fan of large prints as a rule.) Most of the large prints I own were gifted to me... and they are PRETTY... just not in my wheel house.

Thanks so much for selling me the pattern on Etsy yesterday. I am using baby boy blue solid with blue/white Lilacs on navy background (and of course solid white.) I made my blocks quite a bit smaller so it will fit my double bed. But the stars are still quite large and I love it. Made one block to try it. Only eight to go! Its fast and fun! For some reason my phone will not send my pictures! grrr If I figure out what's wrong I'll post a pix for you. I hope others will go buy your pattern to help your niece.
