Didn't use a pattern, just saw a picture I liked and drew it out.

I keep coming back to this quilt--so beautiful. I'm trying to puzzle out why the circles pop out--I can't seen to find a color/value combination that they have in common to create the illusion. Insight, anyone? I'm hoping to start one soon, whether I understand it or not.

Nifty! The circle illusion is eye-catching, and I like the way the design continues into the border. Scraps are wonderful to play with!
