Yeah, I see it. But it took a few minutes of searching and re-searching. I hate when stuff like that happens. How hard was it to fix?

Thank you all for your input. I am the sort of person who couldn't leave it like that - it would drive me insane!

I did learn something else as well. Don't try and do a fix at night, after sewing all day and evening. Especially if you are not sure on how to fix it! The results should have been better (and invisible).

My fix was hurried and desperate, and looks it. I was going to re-fix it, but now, after reading all the responses, I'm going to leave the wonky repairs.

LOL..Just remember in the early days a good Christian Woman always although extremely proud of their needlework, would always put a "mistake" i.e. a block upside down etc in their work cuz "Only God could create Perfection"

It's gorgeous and 'perfectly imperfect'.

Like it has been posted before, "only God is perfect," we are His creation and can only strive to be like him, but we are not. Take your beautiful creation and be proud of it.

2 white squares where there should be tan ??????

Sure can understand how you missed it......it took a while to find it.

but kept looking since you did say that there was something to find.

Otherwise, the quilt is stunning..........

It's a beautiful piece. I think I'd like it this way as well as fixed.

I've done this too. I have a wall hanging up--it's been up for months. I just noticed a wrong turn a few weeks ago. It made me crazy for a few days... now I can accept it. Too late to fix it anyway.
