    Default Why repeat sign-ins

Why?? Do I have to sign-in repeatly. So far I have signed in 5 times and I have been on QB less than 45 minutes. This happens repeatly.! Is any one else having this problem???? Sometimes I just log off!!! Tinker

I have to sign in more often than I used to. I'm the only one that uses this computer and I'd like to not have to sign in all the time. I always click on the "remember me" but for some reason that doesn't always work.

I have had the same problems, when I go to respond on a thread/post it tells me I have to log in to do so, yet the page already shows me as logged in.

I have the same problem and it is so frustrating. I had to log in again just to reply to this thread. Often times I don't log in and just read Board member comments. Would like to reply more but am too frustrated to log in over and over. When I use my desktop computer, it always "remembers me - no problem but when I use my IPad it keeps kicking off.

I have found that when I completely turn my computer off and have to sign in with my password into the internet to start up that I have to resign in to QB. I even mark the little box to "remember me"...but it's as forgetful as I am!!

A lot of anti virus programs see "remember me" as a cookie and clear it off. I occasionally have to sign in again on my iPad but I just figure it is the thread rather then the site.

I have been having that problem for a month or more. I check "remember me" but I still have to sign in again. It's so frustrating, I just don't bother to comment if I have to sign in again.

My ipad is the one where I have to keep logging in. I'll have to try on my desktop. My ipad is much more convenient though.

When this happens to me it is because I have signed on through a "Private Window" on my computer so it won't send my location, or cookies, so the sight doesn't know you.

It never did that before for me, and I've been on the board for several years. It's just been within the past couple months. I would be delighted to have someone come up with the fix.
