So sorry. I know just how you feel along with the rest of us. Things always get better though so just take a break & a few deep breaths. I find it amazing how I can mess up on the simplest things after all these years of quilting. That is when I need a break

You are NOT ALONE! Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't be institutionalized. I like to think I am fairly smart, but sometimes.......WOW. How many stupid things can I do in one project? Hang in there -- it will eventually work out okay. Just think of the funny stories you can tell on yourself when all is said and done. Keep on truckin'.

Hope all bad luck was used up on this quilt. I give you credit for finishing it.

My paternal grandmother would never start a new project on a Friday. And was very afraid of the 13th. And as bad luck would have it she died on a Friday 13th.

When I finish a top like that, I like to hang it on my design wall and just glare at it for a while before I get down to quilting. I think this threatens those pesky errors into submission and I will have no problem quilting it.

I feel your pain. I too am working on this one. Those little 16 patches are giving me the hardest time. But I will keep going because I am not a quitter.

I can sympathize with you! Seems that with some quilts nothing ever goes right.

Sorry Gramie bj, I'm going to open that bottle of wine that I offered earlier. I have to rip apart 10-4 patches that have a different shade of white than the other 25...Darn white!
