I always tell myself that sometimes fabrics and quilts need to age "like fine wine", (stole that phrase from a friend), and each quilt has their own time to be finished, although sometimes we need to give them a healthy nudge. LOL. I'd say your quilt was well worth the wait, it's absolutely gorgeous.

I love love love love your quilt. I love the colours and the pattern. I wonder if I can still find that pattern somewhere? This is so neat.

I would be happy too. It's beautiful! I like the border you chose it really sets the bargello off.

Love your color combination, A Bargello is on my to do list (who know when list) I think it is thinking on what color combination would have to be the first step and then having the time.
