Anti-fatigue mat---yes or no?

I found anti-fatigue mats via craigslist for my quilting studio. I like to be barefoot a lot so I know they've been helpful. I have them on both sides of my long arm, one side for when I do pantographs and one side for ruler work.

A big YES!!!! I use 2 layers of the foam pieces that link together, on both sides of my long arm and in front of my cutting table. I could not do it without them. I actually bought mine at Harbor Freight a couple of years ago. One layer wasn't enough, but two definitely is. I do have a problem with them moving around a little, but it hasn't been anything that stopped me and made me want to get rid of them. This is the same type mats that I found at Lowe's http://www.lowes.com/pd_295100-47189...Ntt=floor+mats Mine are gray.
Forgot to add....hubby uses them in his shop when he is standing in one place for long periods. They truly help your back and feet.

Had a couple of the rubber-type ones. One cat decided that the mats were better than any scratching post, so mats went to the garage for the other half to stand on.
She had small pieces of rubber everywhere and I was worried she might ingest it.

I just bought one on sale at Costco last weekend. My craft room is in the basement, with a laminate floor over concrete. I was noticing that my feet and legs were getting fatigued very quickly with that combination, so this should help.

I have 2 in my kitchen and one in front of my cutting table that I also use at the ironing board. I got mine from Wellness Mats. Love, love, love my mats. I have foot and knee issues and with these mats I can actually cook dinner without a lot of pain!
