I would really like to know how and where you found, or created those cat pictures and or fabric, if you would be so kind as to let us know. That quilt is an absolute beauty and I know she will cherish it as long as she lives.

Cute quilt. My tuxedo cat lived to be 22 years old even when my Mom hit her with the car. Had a great vet that saved the leg. I am sure she will adore and treasure the quilt always.

I found the fabric (a panel with all the cats) at Front Porch Quilt Shop, Ozark AL last fall. We wondered around the shop until we found the green, yellow and "pink" in just the right shades and I put it together at a retreat (with lots of help). I found a lovely printed flannel for the back that matched perfectly, then a lady here in Oregon shared her stash with a diagonal stripe for the binding that was awesome! I don't do much "traditional" quilting, so I experimented with some stitch in the ditch, some meandering, and I put her late husband's initial as well as S for Sydney the cat and B for her and L for me, just for fun. She was thrilled and spotted all my "hidden" stuff right away. She feeds me, I sew! Have to leave in 2 weeks and not nearly done with our projects, but we never are. The reason they moved this post was because it is a finished quilt, I wasn't asking for assistance, just sharing!
